MetroMax i Mobile Drying Rack Unit allows superior air circulation and fast drying of trays, pans, lids, pots and all pot sink items. Promotes food safety by eliminating moisture. Offers an efficient organized drying area. Corrosion proof MetroMax i has an innovative polymer design and the performance of stainless steel at a fraction of the cost. Mobile Unit: 24" (610mm) width x 48" (1219mm) length x 69" (1753mm) high.

Unit includes (2) open frames, (2) drop-in stainless steel racks, one corrosion resistant cutting board/tray* drying rack (may be positioned on top or bottom shelf of unit), (4) stem caster posts, (4) casters and (2) shelves with grid mat.
